In this blog you will find my personal thoughts on all manner of things I love like walking, camping, reading and food.  As well as things I don't love like: 

Gluten Intolerance
I am unable to eat wheat, rye, barley or oats without it causing me digestive problems.  It's a daily battle, some days I win, others I lose.   I believe thinking holistically is important.  There is no point avoiding certain foods for my health if I am overweight, stressed and drifting through life aimlessly, you have to take into account the big picture. 

Urticaria
Also known as hives, is a skin rash with red, raised, itchy bumps.  it is frequently caused by an allergic reaction.
My son suffers from urticaria and avoids certain food that we think (by process of elimination) are the cause of the problem.

(By the way - diet in this context has nothing to do with weight, some of these recipes are very fattening!!)
